Yoga with Beach Girl Abroad

Recently I featured the gorgeous Modern Day Wild Woman behind Beach Girl Abroad, Elisa Lipton on my new show Fresh Air Hawaii. And let me tell you, when I first met this beam of light she was defintly a breath of fresh air.

We hit it off right away, like we were soul sisters or something.

Her story is one that motivates you to listen to your heart and the importance of taking care of yourself from within. She is a chinese medicine student, yoga instructor, world traveler and extremely talented writer.

We teamed up last week and filmed a quick yoga sequence to help everyone start the day off by getting those good juju's flowing.
