The Spartan Mermaid Week 3 Challenge: Eating Clean

Another week, another challenge. And this week, The Spartan Mermaid lifestyle challenge is targeting healthy eating habits.

It’s important to fuel your body with proper nutrients as you prepare for race day. Not only does it boost energy levels and lower risk of illnesses, more importantly, it improves your overall athleticism. But I get it, eating clean is a challenge all on its own so how do I stay motivated?

By visiting my local farmers market to stock up my fridge with on fresh produce for the week ahead, and get excited because this week I’m taking you along for the fun.
